PSI Parepare Tebar Ratusan Takjil ke Masyarakat

Decimalnews.com — This year’s momentum of the holy month of Ramadhan 1447 H, the DPD PSI Parepare City also carried out Amaliah Ramadhan by sharing Takjil for the people of Parepare. This program is based on the results of meetings and discussions between the management.

The PSI administrators and supporters distributed approximately 600 packages of takjil (the fasting meal) from donors. “The takjil were distributed at two locations: the first in front of the Habibi Ainun Love Statue, and the second in front of the Floating Mosque,” said Committee Chair Arwan Bahri.

He said that the public’s enthusiasm was extraordinary. In fact, it didn’t take long for the 100 packages to be distributed, and that was also due to the participation of the administrators who took the time to take part in this takjil sharing activity. “Hopefully, the donors, administrators, and committee members will receive multiple rewards from Allah SWT. Amen,” he said.

The Committee Chair also hopes that similar activities will not just stop here. But will continue in other activities, not only in the month of Ramadan.

“God willing, we pray that we can also do this in other months, in accordance with the direction of the Chairman of the South Sulawesi PSI DPW, Muammar Gandi Rusdi, that politics is about real action for the community. We also convey to the community that PSI carries a message about the politics of goodness,” he concluded.

Contacted separately, the Chairman of the PSI DPD for Parepare City, who is currently performing the Umrah pilgrimage, appreciated the activities of the management and committee.

“I appreciate and continue to communicate with the management and committee regarding PSI’s Ramadan activities. This proves that we at PSI don’t need a new chairman to move forward. Especially for good causes, as long as we continue to coordinate. My deepest appreciation goes to the donors who have donated their wealth to be channeled through PSI activities, as well as to the management and committee,” he said.

Rijal also prayed from the Holy Land for the Central Executive Board (DPP), the South Sulawesi Regional Executive Board (DPW), and especially the Parepare City PSI DPD, all of whom, under his leadership, would receive God’s blessings. (rls)
